Happy Friday, folks!
Well, the end of the week is here and I've only missed one update yesterday so I'd call that a good run
Continuing my depictions of Eternia's greatest warriors and legends, here's the companion warm-up to the He-Man I posted recently. The Dark Lord of Snake Mountain himself, the evil sorcerer Skeletor!
His classic design was also something I hadn't touched upon, preferring to go for my own interpretation a few years back. However, this time around I wanted to keep to the originals as much as possible, albeit with some of my own tweaking and flavor. And, as I said in my previous piece from this universe, it's amazing how well these iconic conepts hold up. Which goes to show that you don't necessarily need a lot of bling to make something memorable.
I stayed as true as possible to the colors of the show and added some magical force coming out of Skeletor's hand to show his mystical powers a bit. I also added the screaming faces on the floor tiles to add to the whole terror of the land he rules, into which He-Man is venturing in the story I have in my head
My versions of the Masters of the Universe is always greatly wlecomed by you and it's prompted me to keep at it and maybe show you characters I never drew before, so be on the lookout for more MiniCharacters set in Eternia.

Aaah Skeletor - I wonder, Master Nicholas, if you've caught any hint of the truly surreal advert in which The Lord of Snake Mountain recently starred on this side of the Atlantic? (It has to be seen to be believed ... or more probably disbelieved!).
