So, the White Duke has left us. To say that he influenced me throughout all my yeras would be a huge understatement. The man transcended his music and became an idea; an archetype of the outsider, the magician, the Artist. And thus, he will never truly die for he has become a part of us all. 

I took a moment today from a heavy schedule to illustrate this tribute to Bowie, which I think sums up my view of his passing. Of course, my lack of talent with likenessess may show but as I said earlier: Bowie became an archetype and as such, I think just showing his mythical traits will take the mind of the viewer to his face. I incorporated a lot of elements that were classic to his persona in his albums, especially with the colors. I also included the iconography of his last work, an open and magnificient farewell to all of us.
