Yes, watchers and watcherettes, that's the sound you get and the smell too (sulfur, if I remember correctly) when Nightcrawler wins the latest Poll on who was the next X-Man to get the 'MINIMiniMasterpiece' treatment.
Thanks to all who voted. It was pretty close between the elf (as Wolverine called him) and the canuck; which, by the way, is up next. I'll be working the coming pieces in the order they've taken within the Poll, so if you want to give your favourite character a little nudge, it'll be left open just in case

As for Kurt here, there's nothing I can say that the drawing doesn't say for itself. I really enjoy making these and I think they're pushing me a bit in terms of composition as well as colouring. Those bold costumes are certainly very hard to get right and not make 'em look silly, so...
I hope I've succeded in bringing you all a good illustration again and see you very soon!

I swear, my arm will fall of from all the hat-tipping your pics deserve. Slightly cartoonish, subtle ornamentation thrown directly in, crisp and bright colors (even on the grumpy Marines)...what's not to like? Hats off to you, sir, and a crate from Leman Russ' finest ale at your door.
