MiniMasterpieces - Mysterious

So...

Let's break up that string of dark, grim and war torn illustrations of Warhammer 40,000 that I've uploaded recently with something much more adventurous and fun. And who's better at that than the ol' webhead?

Here's a MiniMasterpiece I did this week that was extremely enjoyable for e. I have a deep love for Spider-Man and he's always been my favourite superhero. All his ups and downs, gallery of villains and stories have captivated me and left me itching to draw him, something I've done ever since I was 11-years old. I reckon I've become better at it with time :sarcastic:...
And, actually, drawing Spidey always sort of brings me back to that thought: it's only with his illustrations that I see the development I've achieved in technique and style.

Here he is, then, trapped into one of Mysterio's reality warping illusions. It's incredible how Ditko and Lee could make something great out of a villain with a fish bowl for a head that was a stunt actor and FX artist... that's talent!
